Dr. Stephen Pearson
Stephen combines more than 30 years of law-enforcement experience with in-depth expertise in today’s most pervasive Internet and computer technologies. During his tenure in both federal and civilian law-enforcement agencies Stephen has had the opportunity to see all facets of Computer Crime Investigations. Stephen began developing tools and training for the investigation of computer crime investigation in 1994 when assigned to the United States Army Military Police School at Ft McClellan, Alabama.

Todd Faulkner
Todd Faulkner has been in the public safety field for 26years. Todd is currently the Chief of Police for the Hinsdale, NH Police Department and previously held the ranks of Sr. Patrolman, Sergeant, and Detective Lieutenant. Todd is a current member of the NH Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force assigned as a computer forensics analyst,investigator and field supervisor. He is a special deputy with the Cheshire County, NH Sheriff’s Department and a Department of Homeland Security Title 19 Task Force Officer. Todd is state and federal court-recognized expert in computer and mobile device forensics and has been called upon by the NH Attorney General’s Office, VT States Attorney, NH United States Attorney’s Office and many others to conduct forensic examinations for child exploitation and violent crime investigations. Todd holds numerous certifications in the area of mobile device and computer forensics and has provided training to hundreds of investigators in the field of child exploitation, digital forensics, digital evidence procedures as well as many other digital investigation related training.
Joshua C.
Joshua provides expertise on high-profile and sensitive counterintelligence
investigations/operations relative to theft of trade secrets, intellectual property, cyber threats, and industrial/economic espionage in support of national security objectives. Currently, Joshua works with clients to fuse human intelligence (HUMINT) and open-source intelligence (OSINT)
to help answer key critical questions to achieve a
Adam Hammond
Adam
Hammond is a licensed commercial UAS operator and commercial helicopter
pilot-in-training with a background in NATO SOF intelligence analysis.
Adam has been scratch-building and flying RC aircraft for over twenty years and
Adam’s teaching experience with NSHQ dates back to 2010 and he previously served
Adam
looks forward to sharing his Counter-UAS and drone exploitation knowledge with
the NATO SOF community.
Chet Hosmer
Chet Hosmer is the Founder of Python Forensics,
Inc. a non-profit organization focused on the collaborative development of open
source investigative technologies using the Python programming
language. Chet has been
researching and developing technology and training surrounding forensics,
digital investigation and steganography for over two decades. He has made
numerous appearances to discuss emerging cyber threats including National
Public Radio's Kojo Nnamdi show, ABC's Primetime Thursday, NHK Japan, CrimeCrime
TechTV and ABC News Australia. He has also been a frequent contributor to
technical and news stories relating to cyber security and forensics and has
been interviewed and quoted by IEEE, The New York Times, The Washington Post,
Government Computer News, Salon.com and Wired Magazine.

Chet serves as a visiting professor at Utica College in the
Cybersecurity Graduate program where his research and teaching focus on
advanced steganography/data hiding methods and the latest active cyber defense
methods and techniques.
Chet is also an adjunct professor at Champlain College,
where his research and teaching focus on applying the Python programming
language to solve challenging problems in digital investigation and forensics.
Chet delivers keynote and plenary
talks on various cyber security related topics around the world each year. He is also well-known as the Co-Founder of
WetStone Technologies, Inc. a renowned cyber security organization developing
malware and steganography solutions in use by Law Enforcement, Defense and the
Private sector world-wide.
Pete McGovern
Pete McGovern is a Detective with the Palm Beach County
Sheriff’s Office (FL) Digital Forensics Task Force. Pete has over 20 years in
law enforcement. During this tenure, he has been working as a digital forensics
examiner conducting digital investigations for local, state, and federal U.S. agencies
dealing with all types of criminal activity.
In conjunction, Pete also works as a contract cyber training
instructor for the U.S. State Department teaching various anti-terrorism
digital forensic and investigation courses to foreign law enforcement personnel
worldwide.
Pete served as an adjunct professor for Florida Atlantic
University where he assisted in developing and teaching their computer crimes
curriculum. He holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Forensics and two
Undergraduate Degrees, one in Criminal Justice and the other in Information
Technology. In addition, he has attended numerous specialized digital forensic
training courses and holds several certifications in the digital forensics
field to include Computer Forensic Certified Examiner (CFCE), EnCase Certified
Examiner (EnCE) and Cellebrite Certification. Pete is an active member with the
International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS - CFCE),
High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) and High Tech Crime
Consortium (HTCC).
