
Stephen Pearson combines more than 29 years of law-enforcement experience with in-depth expertise in today’s most pervasive Internet and computer technologies. During his tenure in both federal and civilian law-enforcement agencies Stephen has had the opportunity to see all facets of Computer Crime Investigations. Stephen began developing tools and training for the investigation of computer crime investigation in 1994 when assigned to the United States Army Military Police School at Ft McClellan, Alabama.
Stephen retired from the Military Police Corps as the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Advanced Technology Criminal Investigation Courses in 2003. Stephen pursued his career in the computer crime investigations world by becoming an investigator with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. During his tenure at the Sheriff’s office Stephen, used his technology skills for numerous cases one of which led to the safe recovery of an abducted child during a joint FBI and Sheriffs department investigation. Most recently Stephen has been directly involved in the development and implementation of Computer Crime and Forensics training for our Armed Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Stephen is recognized by the Federal government as an expert witness in DOS file structures and has been consulted on numerous high profile investigations. Stephen developed the ground-breaking Cyber Squire Internet child safety program for the United States Army at Ft Leonard Wood which became a standard program for the local school system for child internet safety.
Stephen has been awarded numerous decorations including the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal and Army Achievement Medal. In September 2002 Stephen was awarded the Military Police Corps Order of the Marechaussee (Bronze) the highest peace time Military Police award for his superior performance and dedication to training excellence. Stephen holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science degree’s in Computer Information Science (Summa Cum Laude) and Business Administration and Associates Degree’s in Administration of Justice and Computer Information Science. Stephen holds the Microsoft Certified System Engineer certificate (+ Internet), A+ certification and is also an Army Master Instructor.
Toms’ core duty is to ensure that all employees of the High Tech Crime Institute bring to our clients the best solution to their individual needs while at all times remaining ethical, moral and within all legal boundaries.
Tom Eskridge retired after 28 plus years in law enforcement. During his lengthy law enforcement career Tom worked as a patrol officer, training officer, traffic officer, detective, Sergeant and retired as the administrative Lieutenant for the Redondo Beach California Police Department.
Tom has trained law enforcement and military personnel since 1999 in the field of high tech/Internet based investigations and computer forensics. Tom began working computer crime related cases in 1996 as a major fraud investigator. In 1999 Tom co-founded the South Bay Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (Los Angeles County). Tom is a California POST certified instructor. Tom Eskridge was the first instructor hired by Stephen Pearson when Stephen founded the High tech Crime Institute in 2002. Tom was awarded his bachelor’s Degree in management from the California State University system.
Stacey Glogowski was hired as the Office Manager of HTCI in August of 2007. She was involved in all facets of business including A/R, A/P, HR, Purchasing, Sales, Shipping/Receiving, etc. She was recently promoted to VP of Administrative Services in which she manages all finance and administration functions for the company.
Stacey brings to the company both her educational and work management experience. She graduated with a double major in Management Science and Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from Kean University in New Jersey.
