| Pre Training Questions and Answers Q: What should I read up on before the class? A: If you are weak on Internet Technologies you may wish to read some online tutorials on IP addressing and Email. Some recommendations are listed below: Understanding the Web (Part 1): This first part of a 2 part article by Laura Cohen introduces you to the concepts behind the world wide web. Starting with an introduction to exactly what the web is to moving onto how web addresses are made up. Q: What is the Attire for training and what should I bring or not bring to class? A: The attire is business casual dress. I would recommend that you bring a backup writing instrument and a pad of paper for notes. If you have your own laptop and want to try using it instead of one of the provided workstations, feel free to do so. If you do bring a laptop, understand that the instructor is not responsible for its installation and will provide only minimal tech support.
